Another of my earlier notes which I have bought prior to creating my investing rules seems to be slipping into delinquency. It is once again a note, where the amount is more than 20k. It once again confirms what I was thinking. It would be very rare that those borrowers in times like these we are going through would be able to handle such monthly payment. Some people, who have a large debt claiming to borrow more money to consolidate seem to use the money and never consolidate at all. If you are new to investing with Lending Club, make sure you stick to your rules!
